By accessing creatai.live, enrolling in any course or certification, or submitting a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• An AI Tools directory featuring third-party tools and resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To use our Services, you must:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used in violation of these Terms, or are associated with fraudulent activity.

Payment Method: creatAI.live accepts payments exclusively in USDT (Tether) on the BEP-20 (Binance Smart Chain) network. By submitting a payment, you acknowledge:

• You are sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address on the BEP-20 network
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain
• You bear sole responsibility for errors in wallet address, network selection, or amount
• We are not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect network selection or wallet address entry

Payment Verification: Course access is activated only after we verify your transaction hash on BSCScan. Verification typically occurs within 24 hours of submission. We reserve the right to reject unverifiable or fraudulent transaction hashes.

Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable once a payment has been verified and course access has been granted, except:

• Where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction
• Where we are unable to deliver the purchased course or certification
• At our sole and absolute discretion in exceptional circumstances

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment verification to [email protected] with your transaction hash and reason for the request.

Upon successful payment verification:

• You will receive course access credentials and materials by email within 24 hours
• Course access is granted to the individual enrollee only and is non-transferable
• You may not share, resell, or sublicense your course access to any third party
• Course content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time to ensure accuracy and relevance. Material changes to course content will be communicated to enrolled students by email.

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments as determined by creatAI.live. We reserve the right to set and modify certification requirements.

All content on creatAI.live, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of BST AURA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform

The creatAI.live name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BST AURA. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or harmful material
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without permission
• Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

creatAI.live does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BST AURA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Loss of cryptocurrency funds due to incorrect wallet address or network selection

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability
• No refund will be issued for termination due to breach of these Terms

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing to use the platform and contacting us to request deletion of your account data, subject to our data retention obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify enrolled users by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
